The staff especially JESSICA were great. When we arrived (at 6:00 pm) we were slated for a room on the 3rd floor, i was having a COPD exacerbation episode and Jessica realized i was having a hard time catching my breath and would not be able to climb all of those steps, so she went and cleaned a recently vacated room on the first floor next to the entrance to make it easier for me to get my children and our stuff in. She also made sure the room had a recliner so i could sleep comfortably. the next morning i was still not up to par and decided to stay again PAM the morning girl helped with the reservation extension and it was flawless. Extended stay management should feel very fortunate to have these two ladies representing their facility. KUDOS LADIES!!!
The staff here is absolutely wonderful! Della, Pam, April are all so nice, accommodating and helpful! They are kind and courteous and make sure to meet your needs as best as they can. The location is convenient and the rooms are nice. The property is decent and kept well. I appreciated my stay and would stay here again!
Nice room. Jessica the front desk gsr was nice and friendly. Pamela was not. Wth? April made up for the last visit where a star was misused! 3 categories Ty April!!
I work in Richmond - 40 minute commute during peak hours. I don't really need service other than weekly housekeeping - spotty. Location could be closer to Richmond since there's another ESA nearby
